A Message from the General Manager

I appreciate the trust you place in our hotel and staff when you stay with us. The security and safety of our guests and team members remains our highest priority.

Wildwood Snowmass was built with the spirit of hospitality in mind, and it is in that spirit that we show care and concern at every level. We are in the business of serving people and I want to personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety both now and in the future.

While there have been no cases reported at Wildwood Snowmass, in an abundance of caution, our leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), state and local health departments, and other global health organizations to make sure our staff have the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.

I know I speak for every member of our Snowmass family when I say that we take the greatest pride in the role we play in the lives of our customers — both personally and professionally. I want you to know that you can continue to rely on us. So, the next time we have the privilege of welcoming you to Wildwood Snowmass, you can know our commitment remains as steadfast as ever. For more information, please refer to CDC guidelines and updates.

Thank you,
Jeffery Burrell
